ECO Topsail proudly announces a Ban on Releasing Balloons in Topsail Beach and Surf City. Through community efforts, both towns enacted an ordinance which will protect our wildlife and help keep our community clean. You can find lots of environmentally responsible alternatives to balloons! Plant a tree, blow bubbles, use your imagination.
In further efforts to keep all wildlife safe from these effects, sign the Change.org petition for Banning the Release of Balloons across all of North Carolina. Join us in the effort!
